Beginning in February, 2016, Ameri-Force went live with our new Employee and Candidate website http://www.JobsAtAmeriForce.com.
This effort allows us to better focus on the differing needs that exist between our customers and our employees.
The employee site employees will find not only all current job postings we are accepting resumes for, but also information on benefits, training and current contact information relevant to their needs.
The Ameri-Force Main website (www.ameriforce.com) will remain in place as a resource for our current and prospective customers continuing to provide information on the different industries we serve as well as services we offer.
Ameri-Force IT Department
A message from our President
With a new year upon us, 2016 is set up to be a very productive and exciting time at Ameri-Force. We have made a few internal organizational changes to help in that growth. Many of us have additional duties and these changes will help us move forward in the direction we need to go as a company. Allow me to list a few of the internal changes below:
As offshore and defense industry funding declines, we see real opportunity in construction, chemicals and other sectors. It’s critical for Ameri-Force to adjust its focus and energy to the opportunities presented. With that, Joshua Manning is leading the Sales and Marketing team and will be establishing clear direction for that department. Beth Callahan and Brad Graber will be reporting to him. Brad Graber will be working in tandem with Karl Gatzke and Paul Rogero; who have moved into a Field Representative position, to establish new business in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Richard Waldron has also moved out into a Field Rep position where he and Brad will develop a stronger foothold in Southern California.
Tonya Lang and Brandy Davies of APS will be reporting to Dave Enman for our recruiting efforts.
Frank Cunningham and Kay Jacobs are the prime contacts for the management of OSHA, Workers Compensation and Safety both at Corporate and in the Field.
Another significant change is the exciting move into Corpus Christi, Texas with Enette Perez. She has relocated there to foster business relationships and set up a Branch. We will need to support Enette as she develops this new market.
Thank you for all of your hard work.
It is with great pleasure that I announce two promotions in Ameri-Force effective April 1, 2015: Lisa Boyd, Vice President, Ameri-Force Management Services; and Ben Sizemore, Vice President, Gulf and West Coast Operations.
Lisa came to us in April, 2008, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and several years of experience from the home design and construction industry. Her transferable skills are evident today in the Accounting and Payroll departments where she has brought efficiency and structure to the design of those departments. Lisa has a positive impact in all departments inside our company where she has helped just about everyone through a triumph, or tragedy. Lisa approaches the challenges presented to her with zest and a winning attitude. Her ‘off the clock’ time is spent with family and conditioning for the next local marathon. Go Lisa!
Ben arrived at Ameri-Force back in February, 2004, as an Industrial Coordinator in Alabama. He brought with him a solid background in Industrial Services where he successfully managed multiple locations with a variety of challenges. He applied his talents to the Gulf area and has grown with our company. Ben is studious and steady. His impact is reflected in his tenure where his ability to adapt, learn and apply that knowledge is evident throughout his organization in the Gulf Coast. When Ben is not in the office, or with his family, you can find him outside in nature where he is able to focus on other targets.
These promotions recognize the contributions that both Lisa and Ben have made to Ameri-Force. We wish them the best of luck as they take on their new responsibilities. Please take time to stop by, or reach out via phone/email to wish them congratulations.
