Job Description

Principle Daily Functions:

  • Source and recruit skilled craft candidates in all target markets for your dedicated assigned craft
  • Identifies job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings and effectively communicates all information to candidates
  • Develops a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Networks and build ongoing relationships to develop suitable ongoing contacts for referrals
  • Interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements and communicates information about open positions
  • Participates in job fair as a representative for Ameri-Force
  • Conducts searches, files, updates and maintains records in the applicant tracking system find qualified candidates
  • Utilizes internet and online recruiting sources to identify and recruit applicants
  • Prescreens applicants for current or potential job openings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Knowledge:

  • Capacity to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and web crawlers
  • Identify candidates through professional networks including continued organizational involvement and various online networks
  • Effectively recruit on a national level for positions at various regional office locations and multiple project sites
  • Capability to prioritize recruiting needs, change direction as needed and accept constructive feedback on a regular basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent interview skills and knowledge of employment laws
  • Effective communication skills
  • Energetic and able to work on phones for extended periods of time
  • Type 35 WPM
  • Proven Interpersonal and written skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prefer knowledge, or exposure of Marine and Industrial Crafts
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, ledger or scheduled form
  • Capable of relating to individuals at all levels
  • Basic Math, clerical, and administrative skills
