Provides HR transactional and administrative services to managers, employees, vendors, and others through direct phone, email, and fax contact. Working as a team, service center representatives are the single point of contact for HR customers for an array of services. Services include transactions, answers to inquiries, program administration, and data/records management.
Effective verbal communication skills; customer focus and ability to handle/respect private and sensitive date; ability to maintain confidential information; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Skills PreferredHR/Payroll skills preferred.
1-3 years of related work experience.
Experience Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.
Education Required: Requires a HS Diploma.
Education Preferred: AAS in Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
