| Description | Ameri-Force is currently recruiting for 1st Class Inside Machinist with current Shipyard experience.
Job Purpose:
Inside Machinist must maintain equipment by repairing, rebuilding, and fabricating parts. Also, Inside Machinist must be able to work with lathes and milling machines. This position requires SHOP experience.
Duties:
* Plans work assignment by investigating machine failures; studying drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
* Sets-up equipment by setting adjustments to match specifications; testing tolerances.
* Fabricates parts by operating equipment; using hand tools.
