Ameri-Force was founded in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1991 with the goal of satisfying the increasing demand for industrial and marine craftsmen. The company was expanded in 1992 to include a General Labor Division servicing the light and heavy industry market. As the company's reputation grew, Ameri-Force began supplying skilled craftsmen for specialized power plant shutdowns and repair periods throughout the Southeast. This led, in 1996, to the opening a number of new Ameri-Force offices to service our expanding customer base.

In January 2001, Ameri-Force was reorganized and Ameri-Force, Inc. became the holding corporation for three operating companies to better service our diversified customer base; Ameri-Force Craft Services is a nationwide premier provider of skilled trades people, Ameri-Force Labor Services provides semi-skilled and unskilled labor throughout the Southeast and Ameri-Force Management Services is a national provider of back office staffing support. In December 200l, Ameri-Force purchased FlexStaff a regional industrial labor staffing company to provide more specialized skills to this rapidly developing market.

Ameri-Force greatly expanded its capability when, in the fall of 2005, the company competed for and was awarded a Tier-One Strategic Supplier contract with Northrop-Grumman. With this award, Ameri-Force is now among a select group of companies providing staffing services to all Northrop-Grumman business units nationwide, enjoying a “Preferred-Vendor” and "Best Value Supplier" status.

Ameriforce - About Us In April of 2006 Ameri-Force further expanded its coverage by completing the purchase of SyCom Services, Inc. an engineering and technical support staffing company with employees located through the United States. With this purchase we can now offer our customers diversified staffing service including; skilled tradesmen, engineers, project schedulers/managers, designers, field service technicians, administrative assistants and helpdesk personnel.

During that same time period Ameri-Force acquired the assets of Alliance Staffing, further strengthening our commitment to provide full service staffing support to our Mid-Atlantic customers. In the summer of 2006 Ameri-Force Craft Services elevated its facility security clearance from Secret to Top Secret to ensure we are equipped to service our expanding prime government contractor clients, in the post 911 security environment.

As we have grown our highly trained and experienced staff has never lost focus of the core principals that have enabled us to develop into one of the leading providers of skill craftspeople nationwide. Moving forward we are committed to continuing the Ameri-Force tradition of high quality customer service and earning our title "The Work Force Specialist".
